I did it!
I taught one hour of Step 1 Progression 1 to Steve.
I was able to get all the curriculum in one hour exactly. He did really well. He started to get the flow of each movement and felt more clear with his practice. I hope he continues when I get my machine. I feel ready for this Saturday’s test.
New York is great but I’m really looking forward to being back in Toronto. I miss my home, the studio, and teaching. I don’t know how I’m going to feel about teaching Pilates when I return. I know that I will be incorporating some of what I’ve learned and will be doing different hands-on techniques. So watch out everyone!
On a different note, If your are wondering why there are no pictures of the course is because I’m legally bound to refrain from taking any. I might be able to pose for some pics at the end of the course.
I have some written homework to prepare for tomorrow so, today is a short entry.
Fingers crossed that Vancouver wins the Stanley Cup.
